Vision and Mission Be Positive Education Centre will be an Asian leader in the integration of (a) teaching and learning, (b) advancement of the knowledge base, and (c) leadership in service and outreach. Further, the Centre will be an Asian leader in preparing professionals who provide leadership and exemplary educational and related services to improve the lives of individuals in a changing and complex global society. The mission of Centre is to help prepare outstanding industrial practitioners, educators, scholars and researchers by utilising the resources in hand. Part-time Lecturer(s) of Japanese Instructor Requirements: - Bachelor degree in Japanese Studies or Master degree in Japanese Studies; - Level II or above of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test - At least 2 years of language teaching experience in tertiary education programmes - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sense of responsibility - Familiarity with various teaching methodologies and assessment techniques. Responsibilities: - Develop and deliver engaging, interactive lessons - Deliver the course. Design and develop appropriate teaching materials and lesson plans - Conduct teaching sessions and teach students - Coordinate and collaborate with the programme manager in course development - Provide individualized feedback and support to help students improve their language skills - Participate in curriculum development and review - Collaborate with other faculty members and administrators - Maintain accurate student records and submit grades in a timely manner
