Responsibilities: Monitor and oversee the progress the project site Plan and control the financial, construction schedule and technical issue independently Supervisor the site activities in high quality standard and comply with contractual and statutory requirement Communicate with clients, supplier and subcontractor for structural problem solving and site handover Requirements: Higher Diploma or above Min 6 years exp in project management prefer in FITTING OUT / COMMERCIAL / RETAIL PROJECT Proven track record in project management, cost estimation, and site supervision Proficiency in MS Office and AUTOCAD software applications Good command in spoken and written English and Cantonese
