Mintel is looking for a technically strong and commercially minded Power Platform & Customer Engagement Apps Developer to join our growing Global Revenue Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing solutions across Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) applications to support business users across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Revenue Operations. You'll play a key role in driving automation, enhancing user experience, improving data quality, and supporting Mintel's broader AI and business transformation initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to become one of the first CRM-focused hires in our Kuala Lumpur hub, helping shape the future of our global CRM and automation capabilities while working closely with colleagues across APAC, London, and Chicago. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse. Configure, customize, and support Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications, with a focus on Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Insights Journeys. Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Business Transformation to understand business requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Drive automation initiatives that improve operational efficiency, data quality, and user adoption. Develop integrations between Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and other enterprise systems. Create reports, dashboards, and insights that support business decision-making. Act as a trusted advisor to business users by providing guidance, troubleshooting support, training, and best practice recommendations. Document technical solutions, development standards, and support materials. Collaborate with global development teams to ensure consistency, scalability, and alignment with strategic technology initiatives. Contribute to emerging AI and automation initiatives across the commercial organisation. Increased adoption and effectiveness of CRM platforms across business teams. Improvements in process automation and operational efficiency. Contribution to the evolution of Mintel's CRM, automation, and AI capabilities. About You You are a proactive problem solver who enjoys combining technical expertise with stakeholder engagement. You are confident working independently, comfortable challenging assumptions when required, and can translate complex technical concepts into practical business solutions. You enjoy collaborating with end users, understanding their needs, and delivering solutions that create measurable business value. Required Experience & Qualifications 5-8 years of experience working with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, ALM and related technologies. Experience developing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications. Strong understanding of at least one or more Dynamics 365 modules, including: Sales Customer Service Customer Insights Journeys Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions. Experience working with cross-functional business stakeholders and delivering user-focused solutions. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience creating technical documentation, training materials, and user guides. Why Join Mintel?
