My client is seeking a highly skilled Digital Product Manager to join a dynamic digital team focused on building and enhancing next-generation learning products. This role plays a key part in developing scalable, user-centric digital platforms, including interactive learning environments, content delivery systems, and AI-enabled solutions that support both educators and learners. Responsibilities Manage digital products and platforms throughout the product lifecycle, from discovery and planning through delivery, launch, and continuous improvement. Act as Product Owner for assigned initiatives, maintaining and prioritizing product backlogs, defining user stories, and supporting agile delivery processes. Contribute to product portfolio planning, including roadmap development, prioritization, resource coordination, and execution tracking. Ensure products deliver value to users while meeting quality, operational, and commercial objectives. Drive alignment across stakeholders and teams to ensure timely delivery of product initiatives. Conduct market, customer, and industry research to identify user needs, emerging opportunities, and areas for product enhancement. Gather and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to inform prioritization, decision-making, and product strategy. Collaborate closely with design, engineering, business, operations, external partners, and quality assurance teams to define and deliver effective solutions. Translate business and user requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria. Support product launches, user adoption activities, and ongoing product optimization. Maintain comprehensive product documentation, including requirements, wireframes, process flows, and release materials. Stay informed of emerging technologies, digital trends, AI applications, and product management best practices. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years' experience in product management, product ownership, business analysis, digital delivery, or a related field. Proven experience managing digital products in an agile environment. Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, Lean, or similar product development methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills. Customer-focused mindset with the ability to translate user needs into practical and scalable solutions. Good understanding of UX/UI principles and user-centred design practices. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a hands-on approach. Interest in innovation, digital transformation, and AI-enabled solutions.
