Inbound Warehouse Supervisor We are a fast-growing startup company in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, known for our high-quality products and innovative approach. Location : Rojana Nongyai Industrial Estate in Chonburi (Transportation Provide) Job Responsibilities Supervise and manage daily inbound warehouse operations, including receiving, unloading, put-away, inventory control, and stock accuracy to ensure operational efficiency and service excellence. Ensure all inbound activities comply with company SOPs, food safety, quality, and inventory control standards. Monitor and analyze warehouse KPIs (Receiving Productivity, Put-away Lead Time, Inventory Accuracy, Dock-to-Stock Time, etc.) and implement corrective actions to achieve operational targets. Utilize NetSuite ERP and Warehouse Management System (WMS) to manage inbound operations, inventory transactions, and reporting. Identify process improvement opportunities and lead Lean, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency. Develop operational reports and KPI dashboards to support performance monitoring and data-driven decision-making. Collaborate closely with Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Logistics, Quality Assurance, and 3PL partners to ensure smooth inbound operations. Lead, coach, and develop warehouse team members by providing performance feedback, training, and succession planning. Establish warehouse work standards, SOPs, and best practices while ensuring compliance with operational procedures and safety requirements. Support warehouse expansion, system implementation, and operational improvement projects as assigned. Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards, housekeeping (5S), and food safety requirements where applicable. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations. At least 2 years of experience leading warehouse teams in a supervisory position. Strong knowledge of inbound warehouse operations, inventory management, receiving, put-away, and warehouse best practices. Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP and Warehouse Management System (WMS). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in KPI reporting and operational performance analysis. An advantage advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Table, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP; Power Query is an advantage). Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams. Strong sense of ownership, accountability, integrity, and results-oriented mindset.
