Logistics Officer / Import & Export Officer

About The Role APM Monaco Manufacturing (Thailand) is looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Import & Export Officer / Logistics Officer to join our Supply Chain team at the A14 Factory. This role is ideal for a confident communicator who is eager to learn, take ownership, and grow within a fast-paced, international manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate import and export shipment documentation in compliance with customs regulations. Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping agents to ensure timely delivery. Monitor shipment status and resolve logistics issues proactively. Prepare and maintain accurate logistics records, reports, and shipment trackers. Coordinate with internal departments (Production, Warehouse, Purchasing) to support smooth supply chain operations. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or any related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply - candidates must be able to communicate in English excellently. A TOEIC or IELTS score will be considered a strong advantage. Proficient in computer skills (MS Office; SAP or logistics/ERP systems is a plus). Articulate, confident, and highly effective communicator, both verbal and written. Passionate and energetic learner who is proactive, unafraid to speak up and present ideas, and able to express agreement or disagreement with maturity and professionalism.
