Business Analyst (Retail IT)

We’re seeking a seasoned Business Analyst Professional to lead digital transformation projects e.g. POS, CRM, Omnichannel, Merchandising Planning, HRIS, AI transformation and workflow automation . Job Responsibilities: Business Analysis Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and analyze business requirements Prepare user stories, process models (As-Is/To-Be) and BRDs Identify areas for process improvement and digitalization Define end-to-end solutions and system integration with vendors or in-house teams Collaborate with vendors or in-house teams to prepare Functional / Technical Specification Document (FSD / TSD) Coordinate teams to prepare training manual and conduct training Lead testing (Internal QA/SIT/UAT), deployment, and post-go-live support Project Management Drive project initiation, scoping, planning, and execution Manage scope, resources, budgets, timelines, risks, quality Facilitate scrum meetings, retrospectives, and progress updates Support IT budgeting, contract management and vendor management Assist manager to set up PMO methodologies and drive adoption Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in Information Systems, Information Technology, Information System Management or equivalent 5+ years in business analyst role and project delivery Experience with POS, CRM, AI transformation, HRIS is an advantage Experience in working with across teams to design system integration Strong business acumen and process improvement skills Experience in back-office systems is an advantage Preferably certified in CBAP and PMP Familiarity with CBAP Business Analysis methodology and techniques Familiarity with Agile methodology We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
