Assistant/ Sourcing Manager Role and Responsibility; · To be the center of information in the process of sourcing quality materials to support production. Key role in screening material procurement information. Coordination in price negotiations before purchasing both in Thailand and Oversea and continuously support the implementation of the Supply Chain Management system. Jobs function; · Improve turnaround time and quality of material quotes to customer · Identify new suppliers to support company/business requirements · Lead supplier selection and component qualification process · Develop strategic suppliers and align sources for material supply · Ensure material readiness for NPI launches · Improve competitiveness of material cost · Lead component pricing negotiation · Support activities of global supply chain · Supervise and mentor subordinates Qualification:- · Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or other relevant fields · At least 15 years of work experience, preferably in manufacturing industry · Experience in managing a team in supply chain, sourcing functions · Strong knowledge of supply chain management and proven sourcing expertise in electronic components are required. · Knowledge of MRP system such as SAP (MM modules) · Good communication skills and interpersonal skills · Possess management, supervising and coordinating skills · Good command of English Successful candidates will receive an attractive salary package commensurate with experience.
