Key Account Executive

Responsibilities Act as the primary contact for assigned retail accounts and establish strong, long-term relationships with key customers. Manage daily account activities, including product inquiries, order tracking, inventory management, and promotional executions. Support the development and execution of account plans, sales strategies, and promotional campaigns to achieve business objectives. Monitor sales performance, prepare regular reports, and conduct post-promotion evaluations to identify business opportunities. Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations, timely product delivery, and prompt resolution of customer issues. Perform other ad hoc duties and projects as assigned. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related discipline. Minimum 1 year of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or FMCG industry. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with Chinese word processing capability. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin.
