Your job isn't just to find influencers. It's to build the connective tissue between the game and the people who play it, through the voices they already trust. You'll source trending KOLs, architect campaigns from concept to post-mortem, and create content that doesn't just get seen. You'll work closely with a team of publishing professionals, global marketing stakeholders, and local content creators. The mission: bring value, excitement, and trust to gamers in the Thailand market — and make PUBG MOBILE the most culturally embedded game in the country. Responsibilities Influencer & KOL Management Source, vet, and manage trending KOLs across TikTok, YouTube, Facebook Gaming, and emerging platforms — from nano-creators to macro-talent. Negotiate and close deals — you know market rates, platform norms, and when to walk away. Brief creators with sharp creative direction that respects their voice while hitting brand objectives. The best KOL content doesn't feel like an ad. Build long-term creator relationships — not just transactional one-offs. Turn strong performers into brand ambassadors. Data & Performance Analytics Track and analyze campaign performance beyond vanity metrics — impressions, engagement rate, audience authenticity, conversion signals, sentiment shifts. Build post-campaign reports that tell a story with data: what worked, what didn't, and what we'd do differently. Develop a data-oriented KOL scoring framework — content fit, audience overlap, historical performance, fraud detection — to de-risk every partnership. Cross-Functional & Operations Liaise with all internal departments (product, esports, UA, global marketing) to align promotion schedules and messaging. Manage campaign timelines, contracts, and payments — operational excellence is non-negotiable. Stay plugged into mobile gaming culture — watch streams, follow fan pages, know what the community is excited (and angry) about. Qualifications Bachelor degree or higher 1–3 years in influencer marketing, community management, or content creation — ideally in gaming, entertainment, or youth-culture brands. Gamer at heart: Deep love for gaming or adjacent entertainment media. You play, you watch streams, you get the culture from the inside — and you can translate that passion into marketing innovation. Creatively wired: You follow digital content creators, influencers, fan pages, and celebrities obsessively. You have opinions about thumbnails, hooks, and edit styles. Basic photo or video editing skills are expected. Ideas into Action: Capable of both planning and executing multiple deliverables from start to finish. Capable of assessing and prioritizing multiple plans under time pressure. Data-literate: You're comfortable with engagement math, CPM/CPV/CPE ranges, and basic attribution logic. You don't need to be a data scientist — but you should be the kind of person who checks the numbers before making a call. Good Communication: Native Thai speaker; proficient in English and/or Chinese. Organized and persuasive logical thinking. Team player. Integrate AI tools into daily workflow : use AI for influencer discovery & vetting, content performance prediction, briefing automation, UGC sentiment clustering, and competitive KOL mapping is a plus

In your interview, expect this question: 'Tell us about a time you measured the success of a campaign.' Marketing hiring managers ask this because they want proof you think in metrics, not hunches. Come with a real example—conversions, clicks, revenue, engagement rate, cost per acquisition—pick the metric that mattered most. Show you track what you do.
