We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a large-scale, Group-level digital customer app transformation within a leading insurance company. The project is rolling out and integrating the Group customer app across different markets, with Hong Kong being one of the upcoming key markets . Key Responsibilities Work independently across the full BA lifecycle, from requirements gathering through implementation Partner closely with business, technology and regional stakeholders Support the integration and localization of the customer-facing digital app for the Hong Kong market Independently plan, coordinate and manage the end-to-end UAT process Translate business requirements into clear functional requirements and drive issues through to resolution Requirements Solid insurance industry experience is essential Strong Senior BA experience with the ability to work independently 7+ YOE as a BA and prefer 3 years of hands-on experience in Customer App / Customer-Facing Platform projects Strong experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management and UAT Policy Servicing experience would be a big plus Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Why Join?
