BOI Specialist

About the role KUSAUTO(THAILAND) CO.,LTD. is seeking a BOI Specialist to join our team in Chachoengsao. This is a full-time position based on-site at our facilities in Chachoengsao. The BOI Specialist will play a critical role in managing and ensuring compliance with Board of Investment regulations and incentive programmes. This position is essential to maintaining our operational efficiency, regulatory adherence, and maximising the benefits associated with our BOI status. Key responsibilities Manage BOI applications and maintain BOI privileges. Prepare and submit BOI reports and required documentation. Coordinate machinery import under BOI privileges with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and government agencies. Prepare import documents and ensure compliance with BOI and customs regulations. Maintain BOI records and support audits and inspections. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth BOI operations. What we're looking for Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Accounting, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in BOI operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Experience in machinery import and BOI documentation. Knowledge of BOI regulations, customs procedures, and import/export documentation. Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with BOI eMT/e-Investment systems is an advantage.
