Business Development Manager

Aspire's HQ, based in Shenzhen, has over 15 years of experience in vaping product manufacturing, making it a trusted name in the industry. Responsibilities The Business Development Manager for overseas will identify new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and drive revenue growth. This role involves conducting market research, developing strategic plans, presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, reporting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in the Marketing, Product Development, and Sales departments in Shenzhen, China, and Overseas Distributors to achieve business growth. The role will be on-site in Hong Kong. Occasional travel to Shenzhen and overseas will be required. Qualifications & Experience Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role Background in the vaping or tobacco sector is preferred Fluency in English and Mandarin Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders Self-motivated and target-driven Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in the vaping industry is a plus Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field What we offer 14 Days AL + Birthday Leave 5-Day work Medical Insurance Double Pay
