Position Summary The HR Supervisor is responsible for delivering end-to-end HR operations across talent acquisition, learning and development, employee engagement, performance management, employee relations, and HR projects. This role partners with business leaders to drive people initiatives, enhance employee experience, and ensure efficient and compliant HR practices. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities to attract and onboard quality talent in a timely manner. Coordinate learning and development initiatives, including training programs, leadership development, ,employee capability building. Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives through recognition programs, wellbeing activities, internal communications, and company events. Coordinate the performance management cycle, including goal setting, performance reviews, and appraisal processes. Provide employee relations support by handling HR inquiries, coordinating disciplinary and grievance processes, and promoting a positive employee experience. Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor regulations, employee documentation, and internal audit requirements. Support HR projects and organizational initiatives, including HRIS implementation, process improvement, digital transformation, and cross-functional projects. Prepare HR reports and workforce analytics while partnering with managers to provide day-to-day HR guidance and operational support. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably as an HR Generalist or HR Supervisor. Solid knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, learning & development, and Thai labor law. Experience coordinating HR projects, employee engagement initiatives, or HRIS implementation is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels. Good organizational, problem-solving, and project coordination skills with attention to detail. Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS or digital HR systems is preferred. Good command of English, both written and spoken.
