With a strong legacy in high-end visual production, we are now building a team of talented photo retouchers in Bangkok , Thailand, to support our growing international client base in fashion, beauty, luxury, and advertising. As we grow, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Photo Retoucher to join our studio and contribute to high-end visual production within a creative and professional environment. Position Overview As a Retoucher at PICTO Thailand , you will work on a wide range of retouching assignments with increasing autonomy and creative input. You’ll collaborate closely with the team, contribute to client projects, and ensure a consistently high visual standard across all work. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in post-production who is ready to take their skills to the next level within an international, brand-driven studio. Key Responsibilities Professional Retouching Deliver high-quality retouching for fashion, beauty, product, and editorial photography. Apply retouching techniques that enhance imagery while preserving a natural, polished aesthetic. Maintain consistency across sets of images and adhere to brand/client specifications. Creative & Technical Input Interpret creative briefs and visual references provided by the team or client. Collaboration with post-production leads to refine visual output. Suggest improvements or creative alternatives when appropriate. Workflow & Efficiency Manage personal workload to meet deadlines and quality benchmarks. Organize project files professionally and ensure efficient layer structures, naming conventions, and delivery formatting Collaboration & Team Support Work collaboratively with the senior retoucher and project team to meet project goals. Provide informal guidance and support to junior retouchers when needed. Contribute to a positive, quality-driven studio culture. Continued Learning Stay updated with software developments, visual trends, and new retouching techniques. Take part in internal training sessions and share tips and knowledge with peers. Qualifications 2–5 years of professional experience in photo retouching. Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and familiarity with Capture One . A well-rounded portfolio showcasing solid skills across fashion, beauty, product, or editorial content. Understanding of color grading, skin retouching, and image composition. Excellent attention to detail, time management, and an ability to follow feedback and direction. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
