How you will make an impact: This role supports daily operations of Workplace Services in Chinachem Group office. The incumbent will assist in event planning and ensure their service meets the required standards. The position focuses on internal event support, project execution, stakeholder engagement and administrative tasks to enhance both efficiency and employee experience. Event planning and Coordination Lead internal event management from planning to execution, including but not limited to staff outings and activities (e.g., townhalls, workshops, annual dinner, etc.) Office and Administrative Support Handle staff service requests and provide service & solutions per company policies Deliver professional customer service to external guests and internal customers. And revitalise the customer experience in the head office Assist with daily operation and maintain service standards of the department Stay updated on best practices and trends for service improvement Provide general clerical & administrative support as well as facilities management Perform additional tasks as directed by supervisors Budgeting and Reporting Assist in budget preparation and forecasting Maintain accurate records and assist with system updates on post event analysis Prepare routine reports and track KPIs What we are looking for: Education & Experience Diploma or above preferably in Business Administration, Event Marketing or related disciplines Skills & Competencies Good team player with excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills preferred Cheerful, pleasant, customer-oriented and cooperative character is a plus Good command of spoken Cantonese, English.
