Key responsibilities Develop and implement strategic event marketing plans that align with company overall business objectives and brand positioning Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of major retail events, promotional campaigns, and experiential marketing initiatives across multiple business united. Manage event budgets, negotiate with vendors and suppliers, and ensure cost-effectiveness whilst maintaining high-quality standards Oversee the promotion and marketing of events through multi-channel campaigns, including digital, social media, traditional media, and in-store communications Build and maintain relationships with external event partners, agencies, and stakeholders to support successful event delivery Measure and analyse event performance using key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement Stay informed of market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape to identify innovative event opportunities What we're looking for 7+ years of professional experience in event marketing, event management, or related marketing discipline within the retail sector or large commercial organisations Proven track record of successfully planning and executing large-scale events that delivered measurable business results and strong return on investment Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate business objectives into impactful event experiences Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex events simultaneously whilst meeting deadlines Proficiency in budget management and financial analysis, with demonstrable experience controlling significant event marketing budgets Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly to internal stakeholders and external partners Leadership experience with the ability to build, develop, and motivate high-performing teams Creative thinking and innovation combined with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Fluency in Thai and English language, both written and verbal
