Key Responsibilities Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and productivity. Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in the freight forwarding and logistics market. Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with key customers and strategic accounts. Prepare accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis to support business planning. Work closely with the Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. Negotiate pricing, service agreements, and commercial terms with customers. Expand and manage the company's customer portfolio while increasing customer retention and revenue. Requirements Minimum of 3–5 years of proven sales experience in the Shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics industry. Strong knowledge of Ocean Freight, Air Freight, Customs Brokerage, and integrated Logistics Services . Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business. Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills. Strong leadership, coaching, and team management abilities. Existing customer portfolio or established industry network is a strong advantage.
