Senior System Analyst

Responsibilities Gather and analyze business requirements for assigned projects and initiatives. Design scalable and practical business logic, system solutions, and end-to-end data flows that can be effectively implemented. Own and manage the complete workflow of assigned functions, identifying dependencies and potential impacts on related systems. Collaborate closely with the development team to break down requirements, clarify business rules and logic, and provide support throughout the implementation process. Assess and analyze the impact of changes within assigned areas to ensure alignment with overall system architecture and business objectives. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including Functional Specifications, Process Flows, and System Flows, in accordance with team standards. Requirements 3–5 years of experience as a Systems Analyst (SA), Business Analyst (BA), or in a related role. Proven ability to design system solutions and data flows, beyond simply gathering and documenting requirements. Hands-on experience participating in the design and delivery of solutions that have been successfully implemented in production environments. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage both business users and development teams. Good understanding of how changes within a system may impact adjacent systems and business processes. Solid knowledge of system integration, APIs, data flow architecture, and failure/impact analysis concepts. Ability to write SQL queries on Oracle databases for data investigation, troubleshooting, and validation purposes. Understanding of REST APIs and related integration concepts. Experience in Payment, Debt Management, or Telecommunications Billing domains (BSS/OSS) will be considered an advantage.
