Procurement Manager

About the role Clockenflap Festivals Limited is seeking a Procurement Manager to join our team on a 6-month contract. This role oversees all procurement activities—including sourcing, contracting, documentation, and compliance— to support the seamless delivery of our festivals and events Key responsibilities Supplier sourcing Develop and execute sourcing strategies for existing and new suppliers. Collaborate with internal teams to provide procurement guidance and support. Support internal teams to negotiate contracts and ensure supplier compliance with company standards. Compliance & record keeping Oversee record‑keeping processes for services and goods from various sources Ensure relevant procurement activities meet the compliance requirements, including documentation, reporting and audit readiness. Maintain accurate and accessible records to support transparency and accountability. Administration & reporting Coordinate procurement‑related administration, including PO handling, billing and invoice management. Provide regular status updates on vendor paperwork, contracting status and compliance reporting. Support ad hoc projects, events and assignments as required. What we're looking for Strong analytical, problem‑solving and interpersonal communication skills. Diploma or Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related disciplines preferred. Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and comfortable working independently. Hong Kong resident or legally eligible to work in Hong Kong. Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Proficient in MS Office applications; familiarity with Xero is an advantage. Experience in procurement for events or government‑funded projects highly desirable. Immediate availability preferred.
