About the role ORO (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision making and strategic insights that support the company's growth objectives. This full-time position is based in our Thong Lo, Bangkok office. What you'll be doing Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns and insights that inform business strategy and optimize operational efficiency Design, develop and maintain databases, data pipelines and reporting tools to support the company's data needs Collaborate cross-functionally to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable data solutions Evaluate the effectiveness of data solutions and recommend improvements to enhance data quality and accessibility Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner What we're looking for 3+ years of experience as a data analyst or similar role, ideally within the Information & Communication Technology industry Proven expertise in data modelling, statistical analysis, and business intelligence tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytic, Excel, Power BI) Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights Excellent communication in English and presentation skills to effectively convey data-driven recommendations Familiarity with data governance frameworks and best practices Office Location: T-One Building (WeWork), Sukhumvit 40, Bangkok (BTS Thong Lo) Our working date and time: 5 working days (Mon-Fri) (hybrid) - work from home 1 day/ week 8 working hours (flexible) can start from 7.00-10.00 a.m. Official hours: Mon - Fri, 9.00 a.m. - 6.00 p.m. What we offer: Transport allowance OT SSO Group Insurance Annual leave 8-20 days Bonus Salary increment Co-working space Barista bar 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. Alcohol free after 5 p.m. Company activity/Company trip Company Dinner Birthday meal
