Looking to lead impactful projects in a dynamic regional hub like Hong Kong? As a Project Manager at SoftwareOne Hong Kong, you will take the end-to-end ownership of delivering Digital Workplace and Security transformation projects for enterprise clients. You are accountable for ensuring projects are delivered in line with agreed scope, timelines, milestones, budget and quality standards, while maintaining strong governance, transparency, and delivery discipline throughout the project lifecycle. You will lead project delivery using the SoftwareOne Project Delivery Framework (pmONE), collaborating with cross‑functional teams to translate requirements into clear plans and deliver secure, modern workplace solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead end‑to‑end project delivery using the SoftwareOne pmONE framework, ensuring scope, timelines, budget, and quality adherence. Drive Digital Workplace & Security initiatives including Microsoft 365, Endpoint Management, Identity & Access, and Zero Trust. Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Account Managers, BDEs, Architects, Consultants) to ensure seamless delivery execution. Manage client engagement through regular status updates, governance meetings, and clear communication. Monitor risks, dependencies, and financials, ensuring timely escalation and delivery performance. Support presales and continuous improvement with delivery insights, solution input, and best practice contributions. What we need to see from you Strong communication & stakeholder management skills with proven client-facing experience. Leadership and problem-solving abilities with strong decision-making and conflict resolution skills. Structured and delivery-focused approach with expertise in project planning and change management. Solid business acumen with experience in cost-benefit analysis and performance tracking. Good understanding of Digital Workplace & Security solutions (M365, Endpoint, Identity, Zero Trust). Experience in consulting environments with hands-on use of project/tools like MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow, or similar platforms. Job Function Services
