Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field. TOEIC score of 400 or above (valid within the last 2 years). Good command of English, both written and spoken. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Good coordination, communication, and organisational skills. No experience required. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Responsibilities Coordinate purchasing and repair activities, including import/export and customs clearance processes. Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, repair stations, freight forwarders, and transportation providers to support maintenance operations. Monitor and follow up on purchasing and repair documents (e.g. PO, RO, SO, RQ) and provide status updates. Support spare parts, tooling, loan exchange, and logistics coordination to ensure timely aircraft maintenance. Assist with invoice verification, repair charges, documentation, and filing. Maintain and update approved supplier/repair station records, control lists, and audit-related documents. Prepare manuals, shipping documents, and other required paperwork for customs clearance and operational support. Coordinate meetings and administrative arrangements with local and overseas suppliers. Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager. Comply with the Company's Quality, Safety, and Security requirements.
