Business Development - Familiar with the oversea construction market environment and business operation logic; possessing project management capabilities; able to independently promote project development, business negotiations, and contract performance management; possessing strong market development capabilities or a certain industry resource base to achieve project acquisition and implementation. Full-Process Project Management - Promoting the implementation of the project manager responsibility system, strengthening the full-process management of project progress, cost, and risk to ensure that projects are controllable, settleable, and profitable. Team Building - Building a core management team and technical backbone team; coordinating the allocation of company human resources, funds, and external resources; optimizing organizational structure and division of responsibilities; and improving resource utilization efficiency and organizational operational efficiency. Risk and Compliance Management - Possessing a strong risk control awareness; able to identify and manage project operation, compliance, and legal risks to ensure the stable operation of projects and the company. Over 10 years of experience in the Mechanical and Electrical Engineering or Construction Engineering industry and over 5 years of project or company management experience; experience in a complete project cycle (bidding, execution, settlement) in oversea (Middle East is preferred), with a proven track record of successful projects. Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), with excellent business communication and negotiation skills, and able to liaise with local clients, government agencies, and international partners. Strong resilience, execution ability, and problem-solving skills; aligned with company culture; and able to work long-term in oversea. Priority will be given to candidates with successful project management experience in oversea, especially those with established project track records or client resources in the oversea (e.g. Middle East) market. Accommodation and meals provided. · Position 3: E&M Sr. Commercial / Contract Manager 职位 3: 高级机电商务/合约经理 (MEP) (海外建造项目) 岗位职责: 负责机电分公司商务合同管理工作 参与开发项目的前期调研、论证、经济分析评价工作 负责机电公司各项目合同编制审核，组织合同谈判、签订 负责项目实施过程中的设计变更、工程洽商签证审核等动态管理工作 负责机电分公司各项目月度、年度商务报告材料编制以及工程进度款的审核 负责组织各项目工程的竣工结算工作，提交项目成本总结分析报告 Job Responsibilities: Oversee the full procurement cycle and E&M Quantity Surveying activities, including subcontractors and suppliers tender evaluation, project cost planning, negotiation on the subcontract price, and subcontractor tendering and selection. Take lead on contract management, including the preparation of claims (time and costs), commercial negotiations, variation orders, and dispute resolution related topics. Oversee project cash flow and prepare monthly cost / financial reports. Over 15 years of experience in quantity surveying /commercial/ contract management, including over 10 years of overseas experience of the said management would be preferred. Fluent in English and Mandarin. Expertise in contract administration, claims preparation, with strong commercial and legal/arbitration knowledge. Excellent English proficiency is essential for effective communication and documentation.
