Lead a Major Cloud Transformation Project Role: Team Lead - Cloud ERP project Work Type: 2 year FTC About the Role This Cloud ERP Project is a flagship transformation replacing legacy core systems with a fully integrated cloud platform. Partnering directly with the Project Manager you will co-own the end-to-end planning and delivery across configuration, data migration, integrations, and business process streams. This isn't just about managing tasks; it's about leading people through high-impact change and successfully steering the property and rating and compliance and revenue implementation streams. What You'll Be Doing You will lead a team of BA's in this project Drive scope, project timelines, cutover execution, and integration strategies alongside the Project Manager while keeping risks in check. Oversee the technical and operational shift from the legacy systems to the new system Work across business units, technical teams, and external vendors to navigate competing priorities and build a cohesive, target-driven team culture. What We're Looking For Your hands on experience in system implementation and direct experience leading complex ERP or core local government implementations Proven ability to guide cutover, integration, and data migration phases alongside technical consultants and internal teams. A high-empathy, high-accountability leader who knows how to coach BAs and keep teams motivated under tight deadlines.
