Responsibilities Integrate internal platforms (e.g Moodle, Mahara) and AI/ML models into web applications. Assist in system implementation, provide post-implementation support, track system performance, and conduct systems usage analysis. Perform various software development lifecycle tasks, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance. Create technical documentation and to communicate system requirements, workflows, and technical details to developers and stakeholders. Perform system assessments, feasibility studies, and gap analyses to identify system deficiencies, recommend enhancements, and streamline business workflows. Record system configurations, data models, interface specifications, and system dependencies to support system maintenance, troubleshooting, and knowledge transfer. Perform other IT projects and assignments as assigned. Requirements Recognized Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines. Preferably 3 years of relevant full-time post-qualification experience in a sizable IT environment. Proficient in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot on JBOSS EAP, SQL and PL/SQL , Vue.js, ReactJS, jQuery, Ajax, HTML5. Experience in API development and cross-platform mobile app development (Native, Hybrid: e.g., Flutter). Knowledge of Oracle RDBMS & ERP applications (finance & HRMS) is a plus. Excellent command of English and Chinese. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently and proactively. Please note that only short listed candidates will be notified.
