About the role This is a full stack developer position focused on enterprise identity and access integration. The role involves designing and supporting integrations across enterprise applications, platforms, and IAM solutions, working closely with security and architecture teams. The role is ideal for candidates with a developer or system integration background who want to build long‑term expertise in identity governance, access management, and automation. What you will do Design and implement integration solutions between enterprise systems and identity platforms Develop and maintain APIs, connectors, and automation scripts supporting IAM / IGA workflows Support integrations related to Identity Governance, and Access Management Collaborate closely with architecture, security, and infrastructure teams to deliver compliant solutions Troubleshoot integration issues, data flow problems, and performance bottlenecks Prepare and maintain technical documentation, configurations, and integration designs Support testing, handover, and BAU activities for delivered solutions What we're looking for 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a System Engineer, Integration Engineer, or Software Developer Strong developer or integration background (system integration, APIs, automation, middleware) Proficiency in one or more programming / scripting languages (Java, Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, etc.) Solid understanding of API integration, REST / SOAP services, and JSON / XML data formats Experience working in large enterprise environments is a strong advantage Exposure to Identity, Access Management, or PAM (AD, Azure AD, CyberArk, Okta, etc.) is preferred Degree or Higher Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent. Experience in banking, financial services, or other regulated industries is a strong advantage. Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese) is a MUST.
