Designed, developed, and maintained Financial BI dashboards, management reports, and data models to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and executive decision-making. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees in data science , Computer Science, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain Management Information Technology , or related disciplines. 3–5+ years of experience in Advanced Analytics, Financial Analytics, Business Analytics or Business Intelligence Experience in retail, wholesale, FMCG, supply chain, or large enterprise environments is preferred. Understanding FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, financial reporting, and business performance management is highly desirable. Strong proficiency in SQL (Databricks SQL preferred), Power BI, DAX, and Power Query (M) with experience developing enterprise-scale BI solutions and working with large datasets. Ability to gather business requirements , translate into technical BI solutions , and deliver dashboards that support business decision-making. Strong experience in Power BI dashboard development , semantic data modeling, report optimization, and interactive data visualization following UX/UI best practices. Self-driven, detail-oriented , and capable of managing multiple BI development projects in a fast-paced environment. Hands-on experience in designing star schema data models, developing reusable datasets, and optimizing report performance for enterprise reporting . Designed and maintained data governance, security policies, and Row-Level Security (RLS) for enterprise Power BI reports and semantic models. Experience integrating data from multiple sources, performing data transformation (ETL/ELT), and ensuring data quality and consistency across BI solutions. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with experience collaborating with business users, data engineers, and cross-functional teams.
