We are seeking an IT Support Executive to provide end-to-end technical support including system installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and user support. Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain IT systems Provide technical support for hardware, software, server and network issues Troubleshoot and resolve system, application, and infrastructure-related problems Support system implementation, upgrades, and maintenance activities Deliver user training and guidance when required Monitor and escalate unresolved issues to relevant teams Support shared services including network infrastructure and internal systems Support students, teachers and admin team IT and system related matters Maintain proper documentation of issues, solutions, and system configurations Ensure timely resolution of support tickets and service requests Requirements Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field Basic knowledge of hardware, networking, and system support Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Salary & Benefits Salary: RM 2,800 – RM 3,500 Fixed Travel Allowance: RM 300 Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
