Responsibilities: HR Technology Strategy & Digital Transformation Define and lead the enterprise HRIS strategy and multi-year roadmap, aligned with business and workforce strategy. Lead the HR transformation initiatives, including system selection, implementation, optimization, and future-state design across all HR modules. Act as the functional owner and decision authority of HR technology, ensuring system architecture supports scalability, automation, compliance, and long-term business growth. Data Governance & Workforce Analytics Establish and govern enterprise HR data governance frameworks, data standards, and ownership models to ensure data integrity and consistency. Drive HR analytics, dashboards, and executive reporting to support strategic workforce planning, cost management, and risk identification. Translate complex HR and business requirements into actionable insights for senior leadership. Process Excellence & Automation Lead the HR process and standardization, leveraging HRIS capabilities and digital workflows. Set best-practice operating models to improve efficiency, compliance, and employee experience across HR functions. Continuously evaluate system and process effectiveness, driving optimization and automation initiatives. Governance, Risk & Stakeholder Leadership Own HRIS governance, system security, data privacy, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Act as a senior HR–IT–Business partner, influencing stakeholders and resolving complex system or process issues. Identify and mitigate risks related to HR systems, data integrity, and transformation initiatives. Education and Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 7-10 years of progressive experience in HRIS, HR technology, or digital HR transformation roles. Proven leadership of enterprise-scale HRIS implementations and transformation programs. Strong experience working in matrix, fast-paced, and multicultural environments. Deep expertise in HRIS platforms, HR technology and digital HR transformation. Strong strategic thinking with the ability to influence senior leadership. Advanced data governance and workforce analytics capabilities. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. Possesses strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong project, change, and risk management capability in complex environments. High integrity with strong focus on data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance Able to travel and work across provinces in Southern Thailand as required. Hold a valid driving license as preferred.
