Finance & Accounts Administrator

About the role This is a busy, hands-on role supporting the day-to-day financial operations of our growing business. Working closely with the Accounting Manager, you'll manage high volumes of financial transactions, maintain accurate records and support the smooth running of our finance function. You'll work across multiple entities, supporting both our long-term property management and short-term accommodation businesses. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being organised, thrives in a fast-moving environment and takes pride in getting the details right. Key responsibilities Process and reconcile daily transactions across multiple platforms, including Airbnb, Booking.com, Stripe, Marriott and direct payments Allocate rental receipts and accurately code transactions within QPMS and MYOB Identify, investigate and resolve payment discrepancies Ensure all revenue is processed accurately and on time Process supplier invoices and prepare payment runs Respond promptly to supplier, owner and tenant account enquiries Investigate and resolve account discrepancies Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation Assist with GST coding and journal entries Support daily and monthly bank reconciliations About you Previous experience in Finance, Accounts Administration or Bookkeeping Strong experience with bank reconciliations and transaction processing Experience using MYOB or similar accounting software Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Strong organisational and time management skills Confidence managing multiple priorities in a busy environment A positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team Experience in property management or hospitality accounting (advantageous) Experience with Airbnb, Booking.com, Stripe or similar payment platforms (advantageous) Understanding of GST and New Zealand financial compliance (advantageous) About us Quinovic is a fast-growing property and accommodation management business with a fun, ambitious and high-performing team that's passionate about raising the standard of our industry.
