Operations Officer (Operation Management Team)

Job Responsibilities: Promote initiatives based on the operational requirements of the department and the current situation in the Hong Kong region. Familiar with the company's 6S management process for operational outlets, and assist in planning and establishing timeliness requirements for warehouse operations. Plan and drive the implementation of on-site outlet management, 6S management, tool management, functional operational zoning and IE facility layout planning. Capable of conducting efficiency diagnostics and analysis for on-site outlet operations, producing improvement plans and recommendations, and managing the allocation of manpower. Able to develop independent execution plans and demonstrate proactive drive for assigned tasks. Job Requirements: Bachelor degree or above in Logistics or related disciplines 3 years or above experience in operations or logistics, experience in store operations is preferred Strong presentation, interpersonal and excellent negotiating and communication skills Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint、Excel、Word) We offer attractive remuneration package (including 2 months or above discretionary performance bonus) and fringe benefits to the right candidates.
