The Role As a Parts Interpreter, you'll play a key role supporting both our customers and workshop teams. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting customers with parts enquiries and providing expert advice Identifying, sourcing, and interpreting parts accurately Receiving and checking incoming stock Picking, packing, and dispatching orders Assisting with stock takes and inventory control Keeping the parts store organised and presentable Providing excellent customer service both in person and over the phone Supporting the wider Parts team as required This is a varied role where no two days are the same. About You You'll ideally have: Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter Heavy diesel experience (a distinct advantage) Strong communication and customer service skills Good attention to detail and accuracy Sound computer and inventory management skills A reliable and professional approach to work The ability to work well in a team environment A genuine interest in the trucking, transport, automotive, or heavy equipment industry Experience across trucks, trailers, cranes, or heavy equipment will be highly regarded.
