We’re looking for a confident, driven and resilient person to join our team as a Sales Development Representative for Lead Generation , focused on identifying and qualifying new business opportunities across our digital marketing services, including Google Ads, SEO, GEO, social media marketing and websites. In this role, you’ll spend your day connecting with business owners across New Zealand, starting genuine conversations, understanding their business goals, identifying potential opportunities and booking strategy meetings with our digital consultants. This isn’t a hard sales role. Your focus is on building rapport, qualifying opportunities and creating a strong pipeline of quality meetings for our team. If you enjoy talking to people, are motivated by goals, and want to build a career in digital marketing, we’d love to hear from you. WHAT THE ROLE INVOLVES High-volume outbound prospecting and lead generation Making approximately 80–120 genuine outbound calls per day Speaking with business owners and decision-makers across a wide range of industries Identifying businesses that could benefit from Google Ads, SEO, GEO, social media marketing and website solutions Qualifying opportunities through meaningful conversations Booking high-quality strategy meetings for our digital consultants Keeping accurate records and managing activity within our CRM Learning how digital marketing helps businesses grow and succeed WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE Consistent outbound activity and high-quality conversations Booking 10–15 qualified strategy meetings each week Building a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities Maintaining accurate CRM records and follow-up activity Bringing a positive, professional and solutions-focused attitude every day WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR You may already have experience in: Lead generation Appointment setting Business development support Contact centre or outbound calling roles Customer engagement or client-facing phone roles Ideally, you’ll have experience in lead generation, appointment setting or outbound calling, however we’re also open to candidates who are eager to learn and build a career in digital marketing.
