Responsibilities To provide passenger reception and check-in services to our passengers To provide check-in service at Terminal, Hong Kong or Kowloon Airport Express Station, and Skypier To answer passenger enquiries at Airline's Service Desk To provide gate arrival and departure services Perform queue management at check-in counter, boarding gate and transfer desk To assist passenger at Self Check-in Kiosk and Self Bag Drop Counter Requirements HKCEE / HKDSE or equivalent Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin With good communication skills and customer-oriented Candidate with more experience in passenger service will be considered as Service Leader
