As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to become an integral part of our award-winning team. About the Role This is a pivotal position within our business, working closely with our New Home Consultants, Project Managers and Construction Team. You'll be responsible for preparing accurate estimates, managing costings, maintaining BuildMaster databases and supporting projects from concept through to completion. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing accurate material take-offs and cost estimates Pricing Design & Build and Ready to Build homes Obtaining and evaluating subcontractor quotations Maintaining BuildMaster pricing, templates and databases Processing client variations and cost updates Ordering materials and preparing purchase orders Supporting contract preparation and staged payment schedules Assisting with council consents and construction administration Working closely with clients, suppliers and our construction team to ensure successful project delivery We're Looking For Someone Who Has: Quantity Surveying qualifications or equivalent industry experience Residential construction experience Excellent estimating and costing skills Experience with BuildMaster, uTechture or similar estimating software Advanced Excel skills Exceptional attention to detail Strong organisational and communication skills A collaborative approach and positive attitude The ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining accuracy What You'll Receive Competitive remuneration package based on experience Long-term career opportunities Supportive leadership and an outstanding team culture Modern systems and processes A diverse range of exciting architectural projects The opportunity to help deliver some of New Zealand's finest homes Why Landmark Homes?
