The Peak is a popular Recreation Centre in Rototuna, Hamilton. We are on the hunt for a super smiley, super organized Customer Service Attendant/Birthday Party Leader and a Duty Manager to join the team. Situated on the site of Rototuna High Schools, the facility is used by the students and the community by day and the community in the evenings and weekend. Aspects of this role will be greeting customers, coordinating the court bookings, setting up equipment and ensuring everyone is having a great experience. You must be really friendly, reliable and have a good ability to multi-task and problem solve. A good level of administration skills and a sound knowledge of various sports is required. You also must have the ability to soundly communicate with our key stakeholders to ensure they get the best experience while using The Peak. Successful applicants must be available to work weekends and weeknights where required. We can be open from 6am up to 10pm. This position is a casual position but for the right candidate could lead into permanent hours. The Duty Manager role for the right candidate could be a permanent part time role. This role is to act within the Customer Service Attendant Role mentioned above but also assist the Operations Coordinator with admin tasks and social media posts.
