TECHNOLOGY PLATFORM ENGINEER - FINANCIAL SERVICES We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technology Platform Engineer to design, build, maintain, and optimize scalable technology platforms that support critical financial services applications and infrastructure. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring platform reliability, security, performance, and compliance within a highly regulated environment. This role requires expertise in cloud infrastructure, automation, system integration, security best practices, and modern DevOps practices, with a strong understanding of the operational and regulatory requirements unique to financial services organizations. Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage scalable, resilient, and secure technology platforms supporting business-critical financial applications. Build and maintain cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments across development, testing, and production systems. Develop and manage infrastructure-as-code solutions to automate provisioning and environment management. Ensure platform availability, reliability, and disaster recovery readiness to meet service-level objectives. Develop CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient and secure software deployment processes. Automate infrastructure deployment, configuration management, monitoring, and system maintenance activities. Improve deployment efficiency through containerization and orchestration technologies. Support release management and production deployment processes. Implement infrastructure security controls aligned with financial industry regulatory requirements and internal governance standards. Build and maintain observability solutions including logging, monitoring, alerting, and incident management processes. Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot infrastructure and platform issues across complex distributed systems. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline. 4+ years of experience in platform engineering, infrastructure engineering, DevOps, or cloud engineering roles. Experience supporting mission-critical enterprise platforms in regulated industries, preferably financial services. Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible. Experience building CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps. Strong Linux and/or Windows server administration experience. Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Strong scripting experience using Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar languages. Understanding of networking fundamentals, load balancing, DNS, firewalls, and secure network architecture. Experience in banking, payments, insurance, capital markets, or fintech environments. Familiarity with financial industry regulatory frameworks and compliance standards. Able to Speak Thai and English well.
