We are seeking an Intermediate BAS Accountant to join our Christchurch-based CA firm, which has supported Canterbury businesses with accounting and advisory services for more than 60 years. We are looking for someone with: · At least two years experience in a New Zealand CA firm. · Experience using Xero to prepare annual financial statements and tax returns is preferred. · Experience preparing GST returns. · Experience delivering advisory services, including management reporting and forecasting would be helpful. · Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues. · Self-motivation and the ability to meet deadlines. · Strong problem-solving skills.
