This is an exciting opportunity to join a respected builder and work on a high-profile development from halfway through to completion. Working closely with Project Managers and site teams, you'll take ownership of contract administration, procurement, cost control, and stakeholder management, ensuring the successful commercial delivery of the project. Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of contract administration from project start-up to finalisation Procure and negotiate subcontractor and supplier agreements Administer head contracts, variations, progress claims, and EOTs Forecast and report project financials, ensuring cost control and budget alignment Collaborate with site and design teams to resolve commercial and contractual issues Contribute to risk management and value engineering initiatives Assist in mentoring and developing junior team members Ensure compliance with company systems, standards, and legal obligations About You 10–15 years' experience in contract administration within the construction industry Proven track record managing head contracts and subcontractor packages across residential and/or mixed-use projects Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-focused Confident taking ownership and driving commercial outcomes A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment About Us My client is a Sydney-based main contractor delivering standout results across luxury residential, mixed-use high-rises, and a growing portfolio of diversified projects.
