About the Role In this senior position, you’ll enjoy a diverse portfolio — from business clients with turnovers up to $15 million , to trusts , and a healthy mix of simpler compliance work to keep things flowing smoothly. You'll be responsible for: Preparing and reviewing financial statements, tax returns, GST, and management reports. Offering strategic tax, budgeting, and advisory services to business owners and trustees. Building trusted client relationships and helping them navigate growth and compliance. Supporting and mentoring junior staff (if desired — though the team is already well supported by experienced CAs). Contributing to the continued evolution of our efficient, cloud-based practice. About You 5+ years of NZ public practice experience. CPA or CA qualified (or nearly there). Strong knowledge of Xero and NZ tax legislation.
