What We're Looking For * Registered Electrician with a current New Zealand practising licence * Proven ability to work independently and manage jobs from start to finish * Excellent workmanship and attention to detail * Strong communication skills with customers and teammates * Full, clean driver's licence * Experience in residential, commercial and rural electrical work preferred * Solar experience is a bonus, but not essential Most importantly, we're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, owns their responsibilities, backs their teammates, and genuinely wants to be part of a high-performing team.
