What Will Set You Up for Sucess. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in HR data management, analytics. At least 4 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or HR Operations. Experience with HRIS (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors), UAT, and system implementation. Proficient in Excel; Power BI is a plus. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
