Queenstown based Full-time, permanent position - 40h/week $40 - $50/h (depending on experience) Aquaheat Facility Services specialise in comprehensive facility maintenance solutions across New Zealand. Our dedicated team ensures that essential hard services including HVAC, boiler, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry operate seamlessly in commercial, industrial, and infrastructure settings. About the role: Your key responsibilities include: Efficiently and safely carry out heat pump mechanical installation work to required quality, budget, and safety standards Complete all installation tasks professionally and to current commercial and industry workmanship standards Work independently or as part of a team to deliver high‑quality heat pump mechanical installations Manage your time effectively, work flexibly, and meet deadlines across varied site conditions Maintain a safe working environment for yourself, colleagues, customers, and the public Champion and uphold the company's guiding principles in all aspects of your work About you: NZ Qualification in HVAC or Refrigeration Limited Electrical Licence (EST A & B) or equivalent 5 years post trade experience Current NZ Class 1 driver licence (or ability to obtain one) Installation and maintenance of Heat pump, VRF & Mechanical Plant Commercial installation and maintenance Experience with building services specialising in mechanical systems Experience with heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems Experience in responding to and satisfying customer requests Experience with using hand or power equipment Experience working within Health and Safety guidelines What's in it for you?
