Tō kamupene hou | Your new company : We are partnering with a well-established, family-oriented electrical contractor based in Bombay. Their work spans South, Central and West Auckland, as well as the Waikato region, delivering a diverse range of electrical projects across commercial, residential, solar, HVAC and light industrial sectors. They are now looking for an experienced Electrical Team Leader to take ownership of projects, mentor apprentices, and help drive improvements across the business. Tō tūranga hou | Your new role : This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for managing a small team while remaining on the tools. Leading and supervising electricians and apprentices on-site Managing project delivery from start to finish Coordinating labour, materials and subcontractors Building and maintaining strong client relationships Ensuring projects are completed safely, on time and to a high standard Identifying opportunities to improve processes, productivity and team performance Assisting with project planning, scheduling and quoting where required Ngā uara me ngā pūkenga e angitu ai koe | What you'll need to succeed: NZ Registered Electrician with a current practising licence Minimum 2 years' experience leading crews and delivering projects Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities A proactive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement High standards when it comes to health and safety Experience with Simpro (preferred) Previous estimating or quoting experience (preferred) Ngā hua ka whiwhi i a koe | What you'll get in return: Competitive hourly rate Company vehicle Weekly tool allowance Company phone plan Varied and interesting project work Supportive team environment with genuine opportunities to influence the business Immediate start available To find out more about this role, call Katy on 021459391 or send your CV to katy.bird@hays.net.nz
