Summary: Supports the People Team by managing high-volume offer processing, HRIS data administration, and offboarding activities for the organization. This role serves as the primary administrator for offer letters, new hire and termination processing in UKG, and employee document management in Revver, while also providing backup administrative support across Benefits, Learning & Development, and other People Team functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable managing high transaction volumes, and able to work effectively across time zones with a distributed, global HR team. Responsibilities: Process high-volume employment offers, including generating offer letters, making edits and updates, and completing new hire processing. Process employee data changes in UKG (new hires, transfers, promotions, and other lifecycle events) accurately and within established SLAs. Manage the termination process end-to-end, including processing terminations in UKG and preparing offboarding documentation. Index employee documents to the electronic employee file in Revver, ensuring documents are filed accurately and in a timely manner. Serve as backup administrative support for other People Team functions, including but not limited to Benefits and Learning & Development. Process monthly credit card reconciliation for department expenses. Process All Star recognition program votes and related administrative tasks. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee data in accordance with company policy and data privacy standards. Respond to employee and manager inquiries related to offers, hires, and HR data changes in a timely and professional manner. Identify and escalate process discrepancies or gaps to People Team leadership as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered. 2-3 years of experience in HR administration, HR shared services, or a high-volume administrative/operations role, ideally supporting a global or distributed team. Strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing high volumes of offers, hires, and employee data changes. Working knowledge of HRIS platforms; hands-on experience with UKG strongly preferred. Ability to manage a high volume of transactions with competing deadlines while maintaining data quality and compliance. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across time zones and cultures. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee and financial data. Organized and self-directed, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple People Team processes simultaneously. Comfortable learning and supporting multiple systems and processes across HR functional areas (e.g., Benefits, Learning & Development). Basic proficiency with document management systems (e.g., Revver) and expense reconciliation processes.
