We are looking for (Assistant) Product Marketing Manager to lead our product development and Marketing team and plan go-to-market strategies. Position: Assistant Product Marketing Manager (Health Products / Supplements) More experience, will be considered as Marketing Manager We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager who doesn’t just “do marketing” — but someone who can own a product from idea to shelf . This is not a pure branding or pure digital role. This is a hybrid role where 50% of your time is product development , and 50% is bringing that product to market with compelling storytelling . You will be responsible for identifying consumer needs, translating them into product concepts, working with R&D and suppliers to develop the product, and then launching it with a clear, consumer-centric narrative. 【角色定位】5成產品開發 + 5成市場推廣(故事包裝)。由產品概念到上市,一手包辦。 Key Responsibilities Product Development (50%) Lead end-to-end product development — from idea generation, market research, and consumer insight, to product formulation, packaging, pricing, and launch. Work closely with R&D, suppliers, and manufacturers to ensure product quality, efficacy, and cost-effectiveness. Strong understanding of the Hong Kong and China health product market — including consumer behavior, retail channels (Mannings, Watsons), and digital platforms. Experience working with R&D, suppliers, and manufacturers is a strong plus. Ability to translate scientific/technical information into consumer-friendly messaging . Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin — written and spoken.
