Job description Identify and develop new business opportunities within the HORECA channel to accelerate market growth. Build long-term partnerships with key customers, hospitality groups, and strategic accounts. Drive sales performance by executing commercial strategies and achieving revenue and profitability targets. Lead commercial negotiations, customer business reviews, and contract agreements. Partner with distributors and cross-functional teams to strengthen market coverage and execution excellence. Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities. Responsibilities Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field. 3-7 years of experience in Business Development, Key Account Management, or Sales within Beverage, FMCG, Food Service, or HORECA industries. Proven ability to win new business, manage strategic customer relationships, and deliver commercial results. Strong negotiation, analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Good command of English, both written and spoken. Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset, and passionate about achieving ambitious targets.
