HR and Admin Team Leader

Accountinus Group of Companies is looking for an experienced and proactive HR & Admin Team Leader to join our growing team! Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. 3–5 years of progressive experience in HR & Admin Operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role. Proven track record in managing both: Soft HR Functions (Employee Relations, Recruitment) Hard Admin Functions (Facilities, Procurement, Compliance) Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications. High Emotional Intelligence (EQ). Resourceful in handling operational bottlenecks, office maintenance emergencies, and sudden staffing gaps. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience in drafting, updating, and implementing company-wide policies, memos, notices, and other official documentation.
