Key Roles and Responsibilities: Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with fashion buyers and a storewide marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns for the fashion category. Assist in creating timelines, budgets, and communication plans for each campaign. Coordinate with internal teams (visual merchandising, public relations, events) to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all channels. Content Creation & Management: Assist with the development of engaging content for social media platforms, email marketing, and website promotions relevant to the fashion category. Source and manage high-quality visuals (photography, graphics) for marketing materials. Track and analyze campaign performance metrics and provide reports for continuous improvement. Market Research & Trend Analysis: Conduct market research to stay updated on current and emerging fashion trends. Analyze customer data and buying habits to inform campaign strategies. Communication & Collaboration: Maintain clear communication with buyers, marketing team members, and other departments to ensure seamless campaign execution. Prepare presentations and reports to effectively communicate campaign plans and results. Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Qualification Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field (preferred). More than 5 years of experience in a marketing communication or brand management Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks effectively, and meet deadlines. Strong organizational and time management skills. Team player with a positive and collaborative attitude. Strong understanding of fashion trends and the retail industry is a plus. Prefer Candidate experience in Fashion, Beauty, Cosmetic or Retail business
